By the end of the course， students will be able to express opinions and views， and develop some basic presentation skills using the computer. |

| 授業概要 | 利益最大，リスク最小，最速，効率最大などと世の中には最適な状況が求められる場面であふれている．特に，経営・政策等での諸問題の解決では『最適』が鍵になることが多い．そこで，この講義では，そのような『最適な状況』をどのように見つけていくか，つまり『最適化の手法』について扱っていく．必ずしも最適化の手法がすべての問題解決に利用できるわけではないが，最適化モデルとして記述できた問題の解決に対しては強力なツールになり，様々な問題の解決の糸口になることが多い．そのため，IT分野やプランニングの分野で活躍したいと考えている者にとっては最適化の手法は基盤知識のひとつであり，また，経営情報学科出身者が当然身につけているIT(情報技術)として企業が期待している中核技術のひとつでもある．経営情報学科が経営学科ではないことを考えれば経営情報学科におけるITの重要性は容易に理解できるであろう.本講義で扱う内容を修得するには多くの問題例に取り組む必要がある. そのために，講義時間だけでは足りないので相当量の課題を毎回課す予定である. 受講者は実習・課題に取り組む十分な時間を確保しておいて欲しい. |

| 授業概要 | 民法は、日常生活に最も関係の深い法である。例えば、本を買う、アパートを借りる、会社で働く等の身近な行為は、民法における「売買」「賃貸借」、「雇用（労働契約）」という法律関係にあたり、トラブルが生じた場合は民法領域の問題として解決がはかられる。したがって、民法の知識を身につけるということは、社会生活を行う上で必要不可欠なのである。この講義では、民法第1編「総則」と第2編「物権」の分野を学習対象とし、民法全体に通ずる基本原理としての具体的な内容について理解することを目標とする。同時に各種資格試験や公務員試験に対応できるようになることも目標とする。 |

| 授業概要 | 人類は太古の昔から踊ってきました。民族や文化を越えて、老若男女を問わず、踊りを楽しんできました。現代に伝わる、あるいは現代に生まれたいくつかの舞踊を体験しながら、その踊りが踊られる文化や社会について考察するとともに、舞踊の価値と特質、継承と発展に対する理解を得ることを授業の目的とします。 特に阿波踊りは着物の着付けから笛、太鼓、鉦、三味線といった鳴り物の稽古も加え、大和阿波踊り連協会の人たちから指導を受ける機会もあります。授業のまとめとして、希望者は神奈川県大和市の阿波踊り大会や日本三大祭の一つである本場徳島の阿波踊りには参加することもできます。 |

| 授業概要 | 静止画像・動画像・会話音声・楽曲などはパターン(感性情報)の集合体であり、このようなパターンの集合体はインターネットなどのメディアなどの上に表現されている。メディア上のテキスト(文字列)を検索したり理解するための技術も今まで以上に必要であるが、マルチメディア社会が成熟するためには、メディア上のパターン集合体の内容を検索し、個々のパターンをカテゴリ(概念)に分類・認識・理解する技術(パターン認識技術)が必要とされる。本講義では、このようなパターン認識技術を支える基礎が解説される。 |
