| 授業概要 | This advanced elementary English course will introduce to practical English necessary to survive in a foreign country. The situational dialogues may include ordering in restaurants making reservations and discussing travel plans or discussing places the students have been to or would like to visit. Discussions, presentations and oral interpretations based on videos or assigned readings may be dealt with in class. Mini lectures and note taking may also be included in the class work. In most cases, the same teacher will teach EIC 103 and 104. This will allow assignments to be carried over to from one class to the other. | 授業概要 | (1)概要:命題論理、述語論理を用いた知識の表現と問題解決法、Prologの基礎知識について講義する。(2)背景と重要性:人間の知的な活動をコンピュータによって実現することを目的とした人工知能の分野では、人間の持っている知識を取り扱うことが重要である。人間が日常生活における活動は、それまでに頭脳に蓄積した知識に基づいて、考え判断して行っているからである。このような活動をコンピュータに行わせるために、知識の体系を記号で表現し、これに基づいて推論をすることによって、解を見つけだすという手法を用いる。知識の表現と推論のために、古くから研究されてきた基本的な手法に命題論理がある。さらに、命題論理よりも知識の表現能力の高い述語論理が命題論理の拡張として開発され、知識システムの知識モデル記述に利用されてきた。また、述語論理に基づいたプログラミング言語としてPrologが開発され、エキスパートシステムのためのプログラミング言語として用いられてる。 |

This will allow the teachers to assign work in one class and have the students turn it in the other. Separate grades will be given for each class, but the work will be coordinated. Students may focus on vocabulary necessary to explain things Japanese as well as to talk about likes and dislikes, hobbies, Japanese culture, Australian culture, United States culture, comparative cultures and/or natural wonders. Discussions, presentations and oral interpretations based on mini lectures or video clips may be included. In classes where teaching duties are shared the teachers, may coordinate their class activities or teach the class as separate classes. Mini lectures or informative videos may be a part of the course. |
