| 授業概要 | インターンシップは、大学の休暇中に企業・市役所などの機関で実際の職場体験を実施することです（また大学の授業期間中に高校でのインターンシップを行なうことも、インターンシップに含まれます）。その目的は、次の3つです。（1）学生が自己責任に基づいて、納得できるより良い職業選択をできるようにするために、また早期離職をしないために、より高い職業意識と職業観を育成する。（2）実務経験を通して、人生設計の手がかりを探る。（3）働くことの意味や実態を把握するとともに、業界の概要や職種について理解を深める。2年生以上を主な対象とします。履修した場合、3年生の6セメを終了した時に、初めて単位が付与されます。実習の期間は夏期休暇中に原則として2週間（実働10日）以上です。 |
| 授業計画 | この講義は6セメに設定されていますが、実際の職場における実習のみならず、5セメ（春学期）において実施されるオリエンテーション、事前研修、実施説明会、6セメ（秋学期）に実施される事後研修、体験発表会などに一貫して参加し、これによって念入りな準備を行なうこと、体験をまとめることを要求されます。これは大学が紹介する実習先の職場のみならず、自己開拓によるインターンシップの場合も同様です。これらを実施できない時（職場実習のみの場合など）は、単位を評価されないことがあります。内容は次のとおりです。 インターンシップ履修オリエンテーション（4月） キャリア支援説明会（4月） 説明会と受入れ先仮登録（5月） 受入れ先公表と選考（6月） 事前研修と実施説明会（7月） 現場における実習（夏期休暇） 報告書提出（9月） 事後研修（9月） 体験発表会（10月） 成績発表（翌年3月） |
| 評価方法 | 事前・事後研修、体験報告会など各種行事への出席状況、実習の内容と成果、手続きの実施状況などによって、学科の担当教員が評価します。 |

| メッセージ | インターンシップの単位認定を受ける者は、第6セメスターの「インターンシップ」を履修すること。2年生の場合は、先にインターンシップを実習して評価を得て、3年生秋学期になったときに「インターンシップ」を履修すれば、学期末に成績が付与される。このインターンシップを実習すれば、就職活動中に悩むことは少なくなるということです。但し、インターンシップと就職とは切り離して実施します。 |

| メッセージ | 現代社会が抱えるかなり大きなテーマが取り上げられる授業になることが予想される。ポイントは学生自身がその課題を発見し研究を協同で組み立て、自身の研究の範囲で問題解決を行い、それを他に伝えるまでの一連の作業を継続的に行うことにあります。 研究テーマや方法が稚拙だと小学生水準の調べ学習程度のものになる危険性をはらんでいることになります。練り込みに十分に時間をとって大学生の発達段階に相応しい学習が成立するようがんばってほしい。 |
