| 授業概要 | This is a computer room class to study with movies online. Students read a summary of the movie and learn useful vocabulary about the movie topic. This is followed by a listening quiz then a comprehension quiz. The interactive format of the quizzes will help you use the new vocabulary correctly and check your answers. Then there is a choice of follow-up activities. Students can research biographies of the actors, write a movie review or share their opinions about the movie in an international online forum. |
| 授業計画 | Every week you will study movie dialogs and movie clips of your choice from a selection of more than 3,000 movies in English. Some of the topics you can study are: The world of the oceans: Deep Blue, Sea Monsters. The amazing life of penguins: March of the Penguins. Endangered animals: The Golden Compass Growing up in different cultures: Kite Runner, Into the Wild, About a Boy. Consumerism: Fast Food Nation, Blood Diamond, What would Jesus buy?
