| 授業概要 | This course will introduce you to English used in the hospitality industry such as travel agencies， hotels and airlines. In the class， students will practice conversations in professional situations， be introduced to various related reading documents and learn technical terms and language appropriate to this industry.The main aim if the course is to improve students’ communication skills in English and practise the language of customer services. |
| 授業計画 | The first week will be alloted to an orientation of the course， and introductions. Two units of the text book will be studied concurrently each fortnight (two week period). Supplimental materials will be handed out as needed. |
