| 授業概要 | In this course， students will be able to learn how to read news articles and practice speaking and writing as well. The goals of this course are to help students to get familiarized with the vocabulary used in news articles and to increase their confidence to talk about different issues in today’s world in English. |
| 授業計画 | In each class， students will: 1. Read an English news article in class 2. Check vocabulary and content of a news article 3. Formulate opinions and make comments about what was read 4. Learn strategies to read news articles 5. Write short reports. Students will also be asked to prepare for a presentation during the semester. |
