| 授業概要 | English for Special Purposes， ESP 303， is designed to help students learn and use English through a study of the life of Jesus Christ. |
| 授業計画 | During the term， we’ll focus on learning and using English based on a simplified version of the life of Jesus as found in the New Testament. What did Jesus say? What did he do? What do you think about those things? The course will involve reading， listening， activities， and discussion， and will help you be able to talk about this person who is a very important figure to many people in the world (including many in Japan). A special project， a report and presentation on some aspect of Jesus’life， will also be required. |
| 評価方法 | Students will be evaluated based on attendance， punctuality， and general attitude in class， as well as effort put into class preparation， assignments， and class activities. As stated in Bunkyo University’s policies， it will NOT be possible for students to pass the course if they are absent from more than 1/3 of the classes. |
