| 授業概要 | This is an elementary English course. Its focus is on school life and on the vocabulary necessary to talk about school-related activities. Situational dialogues include topics like menus in the cafeteria， elective and compulsory courses or club activities. The course involves writing of simple letters and informative paragraphs. Students will also have the opportunity to debate controversial issues of common interest. |
| 授業計画 | This course uses a step-by-step method to help students learn and practice key dialogue structures and how to write short essays. Students will start by reviewing important elements of English grammar including construction of sentences. They will move on to apply these skills in conversational and writing projects while expanding their vocabulary. |
| 評価方法 | This class is full of short activities done in small groups. Attendance is important. So is teamwork. Students are evaluated based on attendance (20%)， group activities (20%)， weekly assignment (20%) and final project (40%). |
