| 授業概要 | This course is to further develop communication skills. In this class there is no textbook so students can tell me what they are interested in and we will build the classes around those interests. The focus will be on speaking about important issues in the world today. |
| 授業計画 | Speaking topics may include: health and food safety， child violence and crime， human rights， reproduction technology and cloning. Students will watch video clips of news or documentaries from CBS 60 minutes or BBC World， do comprehension exercises to improve listening skills and build vocabulary then discuss the issues raised. Similar activities will be used as in-class evaluations. |
