| 授業概要 | This elementary English course will focus on academic situation and the vocabulary to talk about school life. Situational dialogues may include talking about cafeteria menus， elective and compulsory courses， as well as club activities. Students will be encourage to do debate-like activities based on readings concerning controversial issues. Writing simple letters and informative paragraphs may also be dealt with. Free writing will be incorporated as well. |
| 授業計画 | The teacher will prepare material for the students that will make them learn about academic topics and school life topics so that they will have a better vocabulary to enjoy discussions with other university students their age. Pair work and group work will be part of the class work as well as individual presentations. Some writing will be required. |
| 評価方法 | The students will be graded on their attendance and the attitude they show in class (50%) and on the quality of their class work and individual presentations (50%). |
