| 授業概要 | This course has been designed to help students speak with confidence and persuasion in public. It has often been quoted that, in general, people fear public speaking more than death!However, in order to reach the top of almost any chosen career, it is virtually impossible to escape the necessity of public speaking. Good News!! There are certain steps to follow than will be practised in class, so that public speaking can be a non-threatening,entertaining, informative, effective and even enjoyable experience. |
| 授業計画 | Public speaking techniques will be studied and practised in small groups, until students’ skills and confidence levels increase. Students will learn to plan and organize their thoughts into logical structures. Different types of presentations will be practised and performed, such as introductions, demonstrations, debates, reviews and information sharing. |
| 評価方法 | Grades will be based on each class performance and participation as well as the level of skills demonstrated in presentations. |
