| 授業概要 | This course will aim to further develop students’ communication skills in English. Students will be encouraged to do various kinds of speaking activities. The course covers a wide range of topics based on movies， TV programs， and articles from newspapers and magazines. |
| 授業計画 | Half of the class activities will focus on various types of presentations， such as talking about your favorite movies， doing a classroom “commercial”， and recreating a movie scene. The other half will deal with current social topics. Using articles from newspapers and magazines， students are requested to express their ideas and opinions in group discussions and debates. |
| 評価方法 | Grades will be based on class participation and effort made in the various types of presentations. Therefore， a positive attitude and good attendance are essential. |
