Most EIC 104 classes will be taught by the same teacher as the students have for EIC 103. This means that assignments could be covered in several class meetings of EIC 103 and EIC 104. However, there will be two separate grades given. |

| 授業概要 | 企業の経営活動などにおいては,さまざまなレベルでの意思決定の連続であるが,各決定を支援するために科学的・工学的な手法が用いられることが多くなっている.しかしながら,さまざまな問題に科学的にアプローチするためには,問題そのものについてその本質を理解し,目的を定めて分析できなければならない. また,何が問題かを発見するためには,何を問題とするかということを定義できなければならない.目的は何か,本来どうあるべきかという視点を持たねば,問題発見・分析は,労力の無駄になる. さらに,データの収集の仕方,問題点の列挙・取捨選択・精練の方法,改善点などが明確でなければ,その後の分析は机上の空論となる. 本講義では,問題をどのように発見し・捉えるのか,及びデータ収集と分析法について学んでいきたい. |
