授業概要 TVドラマや映画はもちろん、演劇、アニメーション、ゲーム等、視覚（映像）と聴覚（音声）を駆使して楽しむ物語があります。この物語の設計図とも言えるのがシナリオ（＝脚本、台本）です。一概にシナリオと言っても様々なジャンルがあり、当然、表現形式や書き方が違います。しかし、あらゆるジャンルのシナリオに共通することがあります。それは、劇的であるという意味でのドラマ性がなくてはならないということです。もうひとつ、テレビや映画といった多くの人に見せるための映像作品で求められるものがあります。それはエンタテインメント（娯楽）性です。この授業では、「ドラマ性」と「エンターテインメント性」をキーワードに、テレビや映画の映像表現としてのシナリオの構成や独自の文体を学ぶと共に、映像作品を教材として、エンタテインメントの手法（＝面白さの秘密）を探ります。講義と演習の複合でシナリオへの理解を深めていただきます。

給食マネジメント実習

授業概要 学内と学外の施設を利用して、1単位づつ履修する。「学内実習」は、給食マネジメント論の理論及び他の専門知識を活用し、給食マネジメントのあり方を学ぶ基礎訓練実習から始まり、特定給食の管理者用の実力をつける場として活用する。給食実習は、栄養士として給食をマネジメントする力をつけるため、経営管理に必要な条件（栄養、食品、予算、時間、人手、設備、衛生等）を有効に使って、計画、実施、評価の運営・管理を学生自身の手によって自主的に行う。さらに「 学外実習」は、栄養士の職場である病院、事業所、小学校の特定給食施設のうち各自1施設（1週間）において実習を行い、現場の状況や栄養士のマネジメント業務内容をつかむ。患者さん、働く人、小学生と接して、特定給食における栄養士の重要性を認識する。

メッセージ 「栄養士の仕事が理解でき、栄養士になった気がした」「自分達で検討し、協力しあって作業を進めていく楽しさと充実感を味わった」この授業を受けた学生の感想です。この授業の特徴は、グループで協力しながら、自主的に実習内容を作り上げる形式をとっています。積極的に望めば、それだけ得られるものが多くなります。また、学外実習は、栄養士が働いている他施設を利用するため、この科目を履修するのには、栄養士課程規程第8条に定められた一定の条件が必要です。

授業概要 English for Special Purposes， ESP II B， is an advanced elementary English class focusing on DEBATE skills. Communication strategies to help students understand and express their own opinions on various topics will be introduced and developed so that students can more freely communicate with people who might have different ideas and opinions than they do.
授業計画 During the term， we’ll use a textbook that has been written to help students learn about and discuss various topics and to express their ideas and opinions in various ways， in English.
評価方法 Students will be evaluated based on preparation and participation， including attendance， being on time， and general attitude in class， as well as effort put into homework， class assignments， and class activities. As stated in Bunkyo University’s policies， it will NOT be possible for students to pass this course if they are absent from more than 1/3 of the classes.
