Every student receives a weekly e-mail from the teacher.  There will be assignments with questions and links to websites where you will search for information.  Students write their answers\uff0c run a spell check\uff0c then e-mail me.  When the assignment is finished there are links to interesting interactive websites where students can read\uff0c listen to and enjoy English online.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<th>\u6388\u696d\u8a08\u753b<\/th>\n<td>Students can choose their own topics to study and I will make a \u201cspecial menu\u201c for some assignments.<br \/>Topics include:<br \/>Global cool: Young people work to stop global warming.<br \/>Fair Trade: Ethiopia vs. Starbucks\uff0c<br \/>Cool Japan: People and products that are popular overseas.<br \/>Japanese entrepreneurs successful in Paris\uff0c London and New York.<br \/>Peacejam: Students meet Nobel Prize winners to help bring world peace.<br \/>Food bank: Food projects to help the homeless.<br \/>School projects to save the environment.<br \/>Brush up your grammar and writing skills on interactive education sites.<br \/>Socially responsible companies in the US\uff0c UK and Japan.<br \/>Reducing carbon emissions: Measure your carbon footprint.<br \/>Take a personality test and an aptitude test: What jobs are you suited to?<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<th>\u8a55\u4fa1\u65b9\u6cd5<\/th>\n<td>Weekly assignments will be graded.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<th>\u6559\u79d1\u66f8<\/th>\n<td><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<th>\u53c2\u8003\u66f8<\/th>\n<td><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<th>\u30e1\u30c3\u30bb\u30fc\u30b8<\/th>\n<td>You can follow your own interests and work at your own speed and your own ability level in CALL class so this is a useful way to study.
