\u6388\u696d\u6982\u8981<\/th>\nThe main aim of this course is to improve the students\u2019 English language abilities in all four skills and especially in the areas of listening and speaking. The course will have two main components; a text based on popular songs\uff0c and a recent film with English subtitles. Tasks will be set around these materials which will give students ample opportunity to practice communicating in English.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
\u6388\u696d\u8a08\u753b<\/th>\nEach class will practise micro and macro listening skills arising from the songs or video clip. The students will then do oral work in pairs and groups which will focus on such topics as:

Sport
Love and marriage
Hobbies
Travel
