The students will be introduced to general ideas of daily  English conversation.  The class will stress development of skills necessary to function in English in situations like making appointments and reservations\uff0c as well discussing such common topics as sports and hobbies.  In addition\uff0c we will lay the foundation for more advanced discussions on international issues by building vocabulary.  Although the main aim is to improve conversational skills\uff0c reading and writing will also be taught.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<th>\u6388\u696d\u8a08\u753b<\/th>\n<td>A variety of conversational and discussion topics will be presented in class. Topics will include hobbies and interests\uff0c family\uff0c work\uff0c past experiences\uff0c travel\uff0c health\uff0c and the future..<br \/>The emphasis of this class will be developing fluency and communication skills.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<th>\u8a55\u4fa1\u65b9\u6cd5<\/th>\n<td>Grades will be determined by the level and quality of participation in class activities\uff0c completion of writing assignments\uff0c quizzes\uff0c and a final oral interview.
