We will focus on social problems and similar issues\uff0c including the vocabulary necessary to understand them. Some videos will be shown and discussed in class.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<th>\u6388\u696d\u8a08\u753b<\/th>\n<td>The following issues are among the ones that will be discussed:<br \/>Homelessness<br \/>Sexual Harassment<br \/>Pornography and Censorship<br \/>Working Mothers<br \/>Child Abuse<br \/>Nuclear Power<br \/>Overpopulation<br \/>Human Cloning<br \/>Genetically Manipulated Foods<br \/>Entrance Exams and other University Problems<br \/>Economic and Cultural Globalization<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<th>\u8a55\u4fa1\u65b9\u6cd5<\/th>\n<td>Grading will be based on short tests and exercises\uff0c some writing\uff0c and students\u2019 effort and attitude in class.
