Students do vocabulary building exercises for homework then interviews in pairs building up to group discussions basesd on their newly acquired vocabulary.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<th>\u6388\u696d\u8a08\u753b<\/th>\n<td>Students will choose the topics they want to discuss from the 12 units in their textbook.  These include talking about friends\uff0c music\uff0c job hunting\uff0c personal experiences and dreams for the future.  For the test\uff0c the students will be required to give a short speech expressing their opinion on a topic of global importance which other students will discuss.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<th>\u8a55\u4fa1\u65b9\u6cd5<\/th>\n<td>50 points for homework and participation in class. 50 points for tests.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<th>\u6559\u79d1\u66f8<\/th>\n<td><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<th>\u53c2\u8003\u66f8<\/th>\n<td><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<th>\u30e1\u30c3\u30bb\u30fc\u30b8<\/th>\n<td>We expect this class to be an enjoyable way to improve your confidence in speaking. An enthusiastic attitude and a willingness to only use English is essential for this class.
