In the class\uff0c students will practice conversations in professional situations\uff0c be introduced to various related reading documents and learn technical terms and language appropriate to this industry.The main aim if the course is to improve students\u2019 communication skills in English and practise the language of customer services.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<th>\u6388\u696d\u8a08\u753b<\/th>\n<td>The first week will be alloted to an orientation of the course\uff0c and introductions.<br \/>Two units of the text book will be studied concurrently each fortnight (two week period).
