Students will be encouraged to do various kinds of speaking activities.  The course covers a wide range of topics based on movies\uff0c TV programs\uff0c and articles from newspapers and magazines.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<th>\u6388\u696d\u8a08\u753b<\/th>\n<td>Half of the class activities will focus on various types of presentations\uff0c such as talking about your favorite movies\uff0c doing a classroom \u201ccommercial\u201d\uff0c and recreating a movie scene.  The other half will deal with current social topics.  Using articles from newspapers and magazines\uff0c students are requested to express their ideas and opinions in group discussions and debates.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<th>\u8a55\u4fa1\u65b9\u6cd5<\/th>\n<td>Grades will be based on class participation and effort made in the various types of presentations.
