Activities using movies and pop music will be included in this course.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<th>\u6388\u696d\u8a08\u753b<\/th>\n<td>In John\u2019s class students will use videos and pop music as a basis for discussion. In Denise\u2019s class students will be required to access the internet for specific projects. Students will choose a theme\uff0c access websites to get information and do a written assignment based on this information. Themes could be any topic of interest such as the<br \/>World Cup\uff0c the work of Japanese NGO\u2019s in Asia\uff0c travel in a foreign country such as Australia\uff0c the customs and culture of another country and so on.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<th>\u8a55\u4fa1\u65b9\u6cd5<\/th>\n<td>Students will be given grades for participation in class\uff0c homework assignments and attendance. Students are required to attend at least two thirds of both Monday and Thursday class.
