| 授業概要 | English for International Communication， EIC 103， is an advanced elementary English class focusing on LISTENING and SPEAKING/WRITING skills. Communication strategies to develop their own conversations will be introduced so that students can make short speeches on current issues and topics of personal interest. |
| 授業計画 | During the term， we’ll use a popular English conversation textbook that has proven very useful in helping students in Japan develop their English skills. A more specific outline， including specific assignments and projects and dates due， will be distributed in the class. |
| 評価方法 | Students will be evaluated based on attendance， being on time， and general attitude in class， as well as effort put into class preparation， assignments， and class activities. As stated in Bunkyo University’s policies， it will NOT be possible for students to pass this course if they are absent from more than 1/3 of the classes. |
