| 授業概要 | The present world of communication technology relies on two main things: extensive vocabulary and good writing ability- which are unfortunately the areas in which most people are lacking. This course aims to make up for that lack. |
| 授業計画 | The syllabus is based on a practical， function-based approach through writing in a variety of forms making use of internet for information and e-mail for communication. The emphasis is on one-to-one interaction and clear individual presentation of ideas. |
| 評価方法 | Grading is by continuous assessment so attendance， active participation and a willing-to-learn attitude in each class and production of homework are essential， especially since work in each class will be a development of previous lessons. A high degree of commitment and motivation is expected. |
