| 授業概要 | CALL 102をさらに発展させ、コンピュータネットワーク環境において、英語のリーディングとライティングを中心とするスキルアップを行います。同様に、リーディングとライティングのための文法学習に重点をおきます。教材は、速読学習ソフト(Magic Shower) と文法学習ソフト等を使用します。また適宜、国際問題や多文化を題材とするホームページを読み、それに対する自分の考えをパラグラフ単位の英語でまとめる練習を行います。セルフアクセス学習が基本となる授業です。CASEC（英語コミュニケーション能力測定テスト） 550点～600点を学期末の目標とします。 |
| 授業計画 | 全クラス共通内容の速読ソフト(Magic Shower)と以下の活動を組み合わせながら進めていく予定です。受講生の興味とスキルにより、適宜予定を組んでいきます。各自が学内ブログを設置して、以下の1，2の書き込みをする他、英語でのコミュニケーションを楽しむ予定です。 Magic Shower：Magic Shower とSmart HTMLでの自己学習をして、ブログに語彙、サマリーと自分の感想を掲載する。 Read a lot! Write and talk about it!:英語の本を読んで、その本について学内ブログに書き、小グループで話します。辞書を使わないでも読める程度の薄い本が、図書館、LLに用意してあります。学期中に500ページ程度読むことを目標とします。 中間・最終プレゼンテーションはストーリーテリング→Magic Shower や他の短い話のストーリーテリングに挑戦しませんか。 |
| 評価方法 | Final evaluations for this class will be based on total performance including attendance， class participation and attitude， homework， reports， end of term presentations and/or examination. All aspects of the class will be essential for a good grade. |

| メッセージ | The aim of this class will be to continue to learn the basics of using computers and the Internet in English， as well as to use software to improve reading， writing， listening and other English skills.
