| 授業概要 | This class is for enthusiastic students who want to practise theirspeaking as much as possible. Some of the conversations emphasizecross-cultural communication so this is especially useful if studentsare planning to spend time in a homestay or to study abroad. Studentswill learn about and discuss cultural differences between Japan andother cultures. |
| 授業計画 | Topics include social conversation， apologizing， talking about otions， giving opinions， talking about culture， talking about the orld. Students will practise conversations in pairs followed by group discussions. All students including those who have used this textbook in my EIC 102 class are eligible for this class. We will study the social conversations in units 1 and 2 again but then will study more advanced units on expressing opinions and talking about culture. |
| 評価方法 | 50 points for homework and class work.50 points for the tests. The test will include a short presentation. |
