| 授業概要 | The focus of this course will on improving your understanding and scores on TOEIC and/or TOEFL. However， there will be many other activities besides test-type activities and the class will have a communicative element to it. We will spend some time discussing topics related to our lives － hopes and goals， fears and problems that people have in their lives. |
| 授業計画 | A text will be used in this course， but there will be many additional readings， writing assignments， and interactive exercises， especially branching off from topics that arise from example test materials and issues that relate to the life of a student， during and after university years. |
| 評価方法 | Students will be assessed according to attendance， participation， tests， and in-class assignments. There may be some homework， but not much. |

| メッセージ | Tests can be very intimidating and stressful. But they can also provide a good motivation for learning. I hope this course will not stress you out， but make you more comfortable with the testing process in general， and help you to gain interest in a variety of topics. |
