| 授業概要 | The main aim of this course is to improve the students’ English language abilities in all four skills and especially in the areas of listening and speaking. The course will have two main components; a text based on popular songs， and a recent film with English subtitles. Tasks will be set around these materials which will give students ample opportunity to practice communicating in English. |
| 授業計画 | Each class will practise micro and macro listening skills arising from the songs or video clip. The students will then do oral work in pairs and groups which will focus on such topics as: Popular music Movies Sport Love and marriage Hobbies Travel Work Home life Old age Cooking |
| 評価方法 | Evaluation will be based on class participation， homework， quizzes and a final examination. |
