| 授業概要 | This is a multi-skill class using video. Students watch， listen， paraphrase， identify the issue and then discuss. As well as providing a basis for discussion， the documentaries will also help students to understand more about the outside world. |
| 授業計画 | This class will be built around watching documentary video clips. Students will improve listening skills by watching short video scenes and doing listening comprehension exercises. Students then discuss the issues involved so this is an opportunity to find out about and talk about important issues in the world today. Topics will include cross-cultural issues， problems of globalization， the environment， poverty， racial issues， juvenile crime and legal issues. |
| 評価方法 | Students will be evaluated on class participation， attendance and an in-class presentation on one of the topics they studied. |
