| 授業概要 | This course is an introductory English conversation course. The students will be introduced to general ideas of daily English conversation. The class will stress development of skills necessary to function in English in situations like making appointments and reservations， as well as discussing such common topics as sports and hobbies. In addition， we will lay the foundation for more advanced discussions on international issues by building vocabulary. Although the main aim is to improve convesational skills， reading and writing will also be taught. |
| 授業計画 | In addition to the textbook， we will also use a variety of media such as news magazines and newspapers to discuss international problems and provide information on different cultural backgrounds. |
| 評価方法 | Class attendance， participation and completion of homework are essential in addition to the written test for your grade. |
