授業概要 This intensive course is designed to enable students to write communicatively in a variety of genres in English and develop accuracy in their written communication. Students will learn to write in a variety of forms for various purposes and audiences and use the writing process, with an emphasis on peer and independent review of content and organization to arrange their ideas. The syllabus will cover writing genres that are related to social, academic and work contexts.

評価方法 Student assessment will be based upon homework assignments, class participation, research projects, attendance and tests.

メッセージ This course will be challenging but very rewarding for students who are interested in developing their written English skills to effectively produce English at different times for different purposes and gain a greater awareness of how to make language represent their world.
