授業概要 担当者：若林一平、久保田幸子、片桐由希子【メールアドレス：ippei@shonan.bunkyo.ac.jp（若林）、kubota@shonan.bunkyo.ac.jp（久保田）、yukiko@shonan.bunkyo.ac.jp（片桐】初心者を対象として、パーソナル・コンピュータを利用した情報の活用法を学びます。目標はインターネットへの参加（ホームページ閲覧と作成、メール）、効果的な発表（プレゼンテーション）、簡単な実務への応用（スプレッドシート）、手元を見ないで日本語の入力ができること(タッチタイピング)、です。インターネットに参加するときのマナーやエチケットについても学びます。

専門ゼミナールⅣ

授業概要 専門ゼミナールⅢに引き続いて、各ゼミ生は輪番で発表。回を追うごとに各自、他のゼミ生、および教員からの指摘や自ら気がついた点を考慮するばかりでなく、論文のまとめ上げを留意しつつ再文書化等、作業の更新に集中する。出来上がった論文は、卒業論文となる。
授業計画 秋学期を通じて各ゼミ生は輪番で発表しつつ、自分のテーマに対する今回の考究への仕上げを行う。
仕上げるために、期限内で行えること行えないことについての取捨選択の判断も、適宜つとめて為されなくてはならない。
あらためて取り組んできたテーマに対する理解を深め、今後の考究機会へと、いわば開かれた当面の完結を期す。
ゼミ論文集（卒業論文集）を作成する。
評価方法 ゼミへの取り組み方とゼミ論文（卒業論文）により評価する。

授業概要 This class is for students who want to improve their general conversation skills in English. Often in Japan students have a fairly good grasp of English grammar but they are too shy or unable to have and continue an extended conversation. This will be the focus of this class. Each class we will learn conversational expressions and apply these to situations where students will be encouraged to give their opinions and to ask others what they think. In this way， the class will often be broken up into small groups and pairs， and individual participation will be essential.
授業計画 This course aims to improve: Speaking confidence/ Roleplay ability/ Telephone skills/ Pairwork and discussion skills/ Expressing opinions/ Interviewing others/ Speaking with authority on many topics.
評価方法 Final evaluations for this class will be based on total performance including attendance， class participation and attitude， homework， reports， end of term presentations and/or examination. All aspects of the class will be essential for a good grade.

授業概要 CALL 101をさらに発展させ、コンピュータネットワーク環境において、リスニング、音声面でのスキルアップを行います。日常的な話題から時事問題までを題材として扱うネット上の教材（アルク：英語道場）を用い、毎回演習形式で授業を行います。発音はサウンドファイルを用いて、自分の英語スピーチを録音しながら、音声面での強化をはかります。さらに補助教材を用いて資格試験対応のリスニング強化も随時行います。コミュニケーションの面では、比較的易しいトピックに関して、質問ができ、英語で短い口頭発表ができる能力を目指します。セルフアクセス学習が基本となる授業です。CASEC（英語コミュニケーション能力測定テスト） 550点～600点を学期末の目標とします。
授業計画 Listening and speaking exercises in class using Mobalish. Other listening materials will also be used.
評価方法 Good attendance， active participation in class， quizzes， in-class and homework assignments， reports， presentations.
